Students who attempted the May/June WAEC exams have cause to rejoice as the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) recently announced the release of their results. It was officially released on Friday being August 5, 2016.

WAEC also announced that not all resultswere rleased as about 8.89 percent was withheld for certain reasons such as examination malpractices.

I hope that WAEC will make it easy for students to check result such as by sending us sms on the breakdown of our results without us having to go to their website. When results are available, they should just reduce the tension by sending us sms. SMS is cheap when you consider all the money we paid to register for WAEC.
