i humbly wish to write for the correction of my middle name.i presently sat for waec may/june2010.my center number is 4330919 and
my seat number is 114.i discovered that my middle was
wrongly spelt.hence am writting for the correction the correct spelling of my
name is UGOCHUKWU DAVIDSON and not UGOCHUKWU DANDISON.am writting to inform the officials of examination council for immediate correction to avoid future problems.i will be greatful if my request will be given immediate attention. Thanks.your's faithfully DAVIDSON

My name is Adoyi christopher,i sat for may/june waec 2006 with examination no: 4081525008. Centre No:4081525.that my date of birth which was 27 april 1989 was written as 27 april 1986, sir,pls use ur good office 2 make the necessary correction.thanks Adoyi christopher.
