sir, my name is joseph akintolu , i had wrong date of birth during my waec registration, and i wish to change to the tune birth of age,because all my document carry the correct date of birth sir,

Sir, my name is martins kingsley c. I wish to make a change in d mistake of my name written as martius kingsley e. The correct responce of my name is "MARTINS KINGSLEY C". Sir i would be glad if it will be corrected.
