I completed my secondary education in 1994 at Dompoase senior secondary school. i have been out of town since then. I have now come back in Ghana. please how do I collect my certificate. thanks.

I sat for the General Certificate ordinary level in December, 1982, and I was issued with a notification of result on 30/11/83. I need my certificate, plse. how do I collect my certificate for this result. I urgently need it for academic purposes.
