Good afternoon Sir, My name is Oluwasae Rotimi Micheal Examination No 4130281067. I did my WASSCE in May/June 2007 in Lifeline Education Centre Secondary School Benin City. but there is error in my date of birth. I humbly request for change of date of birth from 1988 t0 2 March 1985
