APPLICATION FOR CORRECTION OF SURNAME

I humbly wish to write for the correction of my surname.

I am a student of the above mentioned school with center number 4070604 and seat no 021 presently writing the May/June WAEC 2010.

I discovered that my surname was wrongly spelt. Hence I am writing for the correction. The spelling is ATUMAH CHRIS OHWOBEVUGHE and not ATUAMAH CHRIS OHWOBEVUGHE. I have complained to the above named principal of the school. Hence, I am officially writing to inform the Examination Council for immediate correction to avoid future problem.

I will be grateful if my request is given urgent attention.
