TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Please sir/madam,
I lost my centre number in the last Nov/Dec. 2009 Waec external examination, i sat for the examination at one of the secondary schools in Tolu Ajegunle Lagos.

Please what do i do.

    I sat for nov/dec Gce Waec exam at mushin in a school called Royal Star College ogunlana surulere and i once check the result after the result as been released, unknown to me when we are relocating that the information as been misplaced and i could not trace the result till moment. both exam slip and photocard. it makes me feel life is over since i could not retrieve the information again. pls help me out
