Please sir, i need to know if the board have started issueing out the original copy of WAEC Nov/Dec 2007, GCE O/level Result! And please what are the necessary procedure of applying for CONFIRMATION of RESULT! I'm anticipating, thanks.

I THINK waec has started issuing certificates for that year. Why don't you check at to have their office for details. I got mine some years ago and it would require you to have some passport photos and then you would do a court affidavit and application letter which you will submit at the waec office.
